My husband and I checked it and left out for dinner. When we got back to the room we found out they checked us out a day early and I paid for two days. I then went to the office to get new keys because of that, proceeded to back to the room only to find that they have thrown my personal belongings out due to their error. Not only could they not explain how and why my items were gone, they didn't want to replace or reimburse me. This was unacceptable!

The kids loved the on-site pool after a long day, and my husband and I enjoyed the cozy king room with great heating for chilly nights. The hotel also provided access to cable programming.
My kids wished there were more dining options nearby.

Wasn't satisfied with anything
A couple complaints lol. So I'll start off with the first one. When I got there to check in, the motel had cancelled my reservation because they've tried to charge my card before I got there, when Booked.net stated I wouldn't be charged when I book it, my card was only used to guarantee my reservation. So that was one thing. The second complaint was I had clearly remembered giving the check in lady my license id when I was checking in. When I got into the room I realized I had forgotten it so I went back to ask the lady if she had my id. She wasn't behind the desk, she was sitting at the kitchen table in front chatting away. So I asked about my id & she had said "no, I don't have it." Without even getting up for a quick second to look. I'm very patient so I said no problem maybe I forgot it in my car. Luckily I didn't go out that night to go anywhere where I needed my id. The next day in the morning she had knocked on our door & asked if this was my id & behold there it was lol. Third complaint. Having to go to the front desk to book the room again for another night. 30 min before check out time I had gone into the office. No one was there. I kept calling out to anyone in the back. No one. 15 mins passed still no one. Luckily I finally spotted someone who worked at the motel that was cleaning one of the rooms outside so she had to get the check out person for me. I was the 1st person at the check out window. As the lady was walking back in, another guest was walking in as well. Instead of helping the people that were on line first, she takes the person that was walking in with her first & didn't acknowledge any of us at all. Lol how rude. Fourth complaint. 11Am is checkout. We were rudely awakened by housekeeping at 10am. Luckily I had put the top lock on because my boyfriend & I were still asleep. She had tried opening the door herself lol.

Wifi was strong. Breakfast was good, all carbs but good.
The room was awful. A huge mess, so many things were old, rusted, broken and with holes and in bad condition. It seemed like the mattresses were the only decent thing, that seemed new. But there was a pile of old ones outside.

Leaving. And my new hotel.
Everything. Bed was like sleeping on a tissue on top of sliver of cardboard on top of concrete. Toilet handle was broken. Shower was awful. Bug on counter at checkin. Staff didn't even attempt to b friendly. Couldn't force myself to stay.
